Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden. All prices and shipping are charged in USD.

Standard delivery is a flat rate of $12 per order, shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days depending on destination. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier and customs handling.

Items containing a blade (multi-tool pliers and kits that include them) cannot be shipped to regions with knife/tool sale restrictions and are withheld from: DE, FR, NL, SE. Battery items (lanterns and flashlights) ship under carrier safety rules and may face air-transport limits or longer timeframes in some regions. Where an item cannot lawfully ship to your address, it is removed from the order and refunded.

Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance handled by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fee.

Once your order ships, we email tracking where the carrier provides it. If a parcel is delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
