Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all parts included. This is in addition to any statutory cancellation rights you have as a consumer.

• Blade items (multi-tool pliers and kits containing them): once dispatched, these cannot be returned unless faulty, for safety and compliance reasons.
• Hygiene-related items (food-contact cutlery, cups and water items): returnable only if unopened and unused.
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are always eligible for a repair, replacement or refund.

Email support@hubsoueassco.shop with your order reference and the items you wish to return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is refunded for faulty or incorrect items. Disputes are handled in line with Stripe’s refund and dispute processes.
